Can't update Call Queue Presence

I am logged into a Super Admin account and my application has the EditPresence permission turned on. However, whenever I try the PUT command I get:

"Feature [EditCallQueuePresence] is not available for current account"

Sandbox env: +14242469525

Logged into extension 101.
