Is it possible to make the internal computer speaker only make the ringer sound?

Can either the built in speakers for a laptop or the internal speaker in a workstation produce an adjustable ringer sound and not my USB headset when a call comes in? I don't always wear my headset and the ringer cannot be heard sometimes. Can the ringer sound only go to the internal speaker of a workstation, the built in speakers of a laptop or an external speaker so you know when a call comes in? Does this make sense?

Hello @Larry Hetterscheidt, you make sense. However, we highly suggest opening a case HERE, and our phone support will investigate and test it in real-time for you. Thank you!
