Company caller ID availability in the UK

When will outbound caller ID be available in the UK, at present when you set the Company Caller ID it does not work and I have been told by RC Support that this is a US feature only at this stage? We are on the softphone solution- RC Phone

We need this feature as well. Why is it not available on UK accounts? We are global and have multiple sites/brands for which need to present different CID names. We need this ASAP. We are a global company with a large portion in the US. Should we move the account to the US?

Are you referring to CNAM? Where an outbound caller ID displays the name of a business based on a centralized registry?
