Can I setup automatic task creation in Salesforce from calls made/received through RingCentral?

Contacted Salesforce as calls through RingCentral was not automatically creating tasks in Salesforce, however, was told to contact RingCentral.

This was working prior to this week and the workflow is pretty simple. A phone call is made (or received) and a task in Salesforce is automatically generated for any user to claim.
