I added a phone and line to our back office. However, it is assigned the extension 102, the same as the front desk phone. How do I assign a different extension to our administrator can transfer the call to one of the back desks?
I added a phone and line to our back office. However, it is assigned the extension 102, the same as the front desk phone. How do I assign a different extension to our administrator can transfer the call to one of the back desks?

Please tell us more. Would you like to assign the new phone line that you added to a different extension?
Yes, it currently has the same extension, #102, as the front desk. The other back office phone (a soft phone line) has an extension of 1.
On which extension would you like to transfer it?
