I don't see any clear reason to create a different space for ACO support now. ACO platform domain is the same as the RingCentral MVP platform domain for both production and sandbox environments. Application graduation is the same for many brands and you can find the brand id from this dev guide.
There might be some differences in account configurations but that is not in the scope of this developer community.
