Is there an API for creating support tickets with Ring Central?

I have a customer who is building an integration and wants to be able to create support tickets with Ring Central by API. Can someone point me to the API docs for this?

No. All you need to do is submit a help support ticket with your question and our system will assign it to a developer support engineer.

I am not sure if there is... You need to create and submit a help support ticket to get in touch with the developer support team.
