Building an App to find Real time Active Calls in Queue and Agents Available to take Calls

Hi Devs,

It's exciting to be a part of this community. I am building an app that posts two things in real time to a live dashboard.

1) Number of Calls waiting in a queue. (Calls yet to be answered)
2) Number of Agents available to receive those calls in the queue (agents who are currently not talking to other customers)

These entities are circled green below:
rc.pngBoth of the functionalities are available in https://analytics.ringcentral.co.uk/live-reports. But I am building an ad-hoc marketing solution for my company that requires a live feed of both of these entities.

I want to know if getting both of these is possible in real-time? and is there a GitHub/medium article implementation for this. I have been following this medium article "https://medium.com/ringcentral-developers/building-a-real-time-call-report-app-3eee247a141d" for telephony session understanding. And another one https://medium.com/ringcentral-developers/building-a-real-time-call-report-app-3eee247a141d but it does not show call queue monitoring and agents availability implementation.


I will really appreciate any help.
