504 Gateway Time-out (DEVTEST/Sandbox)

Hi there,


I'm setting up a new app and trying to access DEVTEST/Sandbox to give permission to my user but when launching with Online Account Portal button in Credentials, I get a continual spinning wheel. If I try to access via the weblink I am presented with a login form which after successfully completing I get a quick spinning wheel followed by a 504 Gateway Time-Out error.


Is there an issue with the environment currently or is there something that I am missing.

Do you login directly at https://service.devtest.ringcentrl.com or go online from the dev portal? I just login w/o any problem. If the problem persists, can you clear the browser cache and cookies and try again.
