Share Screen Minimized

When sharing screens, participants only see "Share Screen Minimized" when the window is in fact maximized. I have tried to switch screens, closing all other windows, and sharing only the app. This happens to users in our organization while they are sharing, they have no idea participants can't see the screen until someone else speaks up.
