RingCentral not recognizing camera

Already tried reinstalling the (desktop) app. Camera works with Microsoft Teams without issue.

Hi Richard, please coordinate with our Tech Support for this. All of our Support numbers can be found here. You can also open a case online here.

We were having a similar issue here, and RC tech support was zero help.


Turns out, our conference room webcam is a HD webcam, and the RC app would not recognize it without that "Enable HD for my video" box checked off. Stupid simple, but weird.
