Already tried reinstalling the (desktop) app. Camera works with Microsoft Teams without issue.
Attachments: Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

We were having a similar issue here, and RC tech support was zero help.
Turns out, our conference room webcam is a HD webcam, and the RC app would not recognize it without that "Enable HD for my video" box checked off. Stupid simple, but weird.
