Please enable stereo call recordings

Hi,


We (Medallia) are a partner with RingCentral, building an integration. We are planning on downloading call recordings for transcription and analysis. Craig Chan (PM team at RingCentral) that we need to request to have stereo call recordings made available (for RingCentral Engage).

We have sent email to Vasanth Matamudra, but have not heard back.


Would you be able to enable this for us?
