Feature Request: Enable the Unified App to Receive Call Forward and Ring Group Calls

Please update the Unified App to act as a softphone so our staff can answer calls from mobile devices. We are limited to using RingCentral Phone for Windows in order to answer calls to our main line that roll to ring groups sequentially.
