After successful Authorization getting Status Code: 403 ( Forbidden )

We are using desktop application with API authorization developed on .net Framework 4.5 .

Suddenly we are facing issue on Send SMS api as below screenshot.

Does your app have the SMS app permission? What is the app client id?
