We discovered today that activating HUD (Beta) within the Ring Central app caused an issue with our main line call queue being dropped upon answering the phone (caller would receive a "goodbye" after we picked up the queue). This does not impact our direct individual lines (calls can be answered).
Thus we turned it off and are resorting back to utilizing the Ring Central Phone app to answer calls (and access HUD). Assuming this is a software bug that Ring Central will need to address, as it may potentially impact more people than us alone (ie those with call queue's set up). Is this impacting anyone else?
