Get Call Log Data in CDR Format

I am looking for a way to get the call log data in CDR format. I am currently using the "/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/recording/recordingId/content" detailed view API to get call log data, but I am having issues understanding how to translate that detail into the CDR standard.

Has anyone tried to convert this before? I does look like there is an Engage API (https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/global-call-type-detail-report) that delivers data in CDR format, but I am having trouble using my sandbox token to authenticate in that system.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
