Submitted TCR months ago and still no update

Hello, we have submitted a TCR request for our company months ago at this point aswell as filled out the TCR request when it became available on the service portal. Ive received no response from support on what is going on with our request. My users can not send text messages to other users. This is affecting our business and how we communicate internally. Can someone please tell me what is going on with our TCR request?Case ID's 17344909, 17542641

If I uploaded my TCR to Ring Central when the forms first went out, when will I see it reflected in my account?

Now that registration is available thru the Admin Portal, it feels like I need to Re-Do my registration, but I uploaded it weeks ago. Any suggestions?

Most Restrictive, Minimally Permissive Firewall Rules for Polycom Phones?

In pursuit of security I'm beginning to segment my network to put "things" outside of my core network, including my VOIP phones. I'm running pfense 2.60 on a Protectli FW4C with 4 ports, and I'm using 3 of them as follows:Following this documentation I've allowed traffic as follows:where RingCentral_Supernets is an alias to all the networks from Table 2.1 and PolyCom_Provisioning is an alias to the FQDNs from Table 3.2.6 for my PolyCom phone.The good news is that my phone works, and it has the correct time. :LOL:But am I being overly permissive with the * ports for the RingCentral_Supernets? Should I enable only the port ranges required in Table 3.2.6? Or can we trust the entire RingCentral_Supernets?

Hi, I want to connect my rest API to a websocket to get data through RingCentral API, instead of refreshing and/or sending requests every second or so, is it possible? or will I face a rate limit error?

Incorrect Opt-In/Opt-Out/Help Message

I have been trying to submit my TCR and get it approved for months now. We've lost the ability to text and regained it, so I thought everything was fine. Today I get an email from RC Support telling me that the TCR failed because of "(12) - Incorrect Opt-In/Opt-Out/Help Message". I am struggling to figure out what exactly they want these messages to say. I have used the company name and made it clear what phrases should be used to opt in/out. Does anyone have any guidance on what has worked for them?

Known issues?

Does ring central have a page that shows know issues that are being addressed? example - Can't text to Verizon clients today - I see others postting same. Can we get a confirmation that Ring Central is aware and tackling the issue? Or we have to "wait" 48 hours for support to reply to an open support ticket?

Looking for clarification on the SMS registration emails I'm receiving.

If we don't send SMS messages and only make/receive phone calls, then nothing further is needed? We randomly receive texts tp us, but I don't think that applies. Any help is appreciated.

Call queue overflow preference

In call queue, is there a way to set up the Primary and Overflow Members without changing the call handling preference to Rotational of Sequential? If my front line staff are not available to answer the call I would like for it to ring to another group at the same time for any of them to pick up. Trying to prevent our customers from waiting for someone to answer.

Can we increase number of rings on a monitored extenson?

After adding a monitored extension to my phone and enabling my phone to ring when that extension is dialed, their is only 1 audible ringm then the line extension just flashes. (Actually, just a half of a ring). Can the number of audible rings be increased?

Can the Ringcentral Mobile App become the default SMS and Caller app on iPhones?

Is it possible to setup the Ringcentral app as the default dialer and SMS app on iPhones? When my technicians are in the field click a call or text button in our CRM app it launches the native dialer and SMS. Can that be changed to Ringcentral?
