Can the notes from the RingCentral app transfer directly to Pipedrive? 

@NicoleNorthway I may need a little more information from you. What are you specifically referring to when you say “the RingCentral app?”

If you are referring to the RingCentral Unified CRM extension, and the notes that you can take during a live call, then the solution is easy. Click the “Notes” icon that appears while a call is active. You can freely enter notes into the notes area. Those notes will be saved for you locally. Then when you go to log the call, the notes will be saved in Pipedrive. 

If however, when you say “RingCentral app” you are referring to our desktop or mobile RingCentral application, then I am not sure where in that product you might be taking notes. The Unified CRM extension allows you to make and receive call via any device you prefer, but only the Unified CRM extension gives you a place to capture notes about the call.
