In Automator I can trigger off of a message-only extension but when I search for that in Workflow Builder, it’s not showing up. We use the “voicemail received” from a message-only extension to make a ring-out to let our after hours staff know they received a message.

@Kirb If I am being honest, even I have had similar challenges. I did find that if you know the extension number you can always search for that when you click “Create automation” under “Company workflows.” 

We need to make finding these extensions in the create flow a lot easier. 


I tried that but it just says “No results found” even with just the extension. I verified that extension is correct and still get these error:
