The new RingCentral app does not have the availability to sort by color or move task manually. During update we also lost some group messsages.

you can no longer see all task in each team as well.

Please send us your account details like RingCentral number at community.support@ringcentral.com. I can create a case for you and escalate it to our Tech Support Team.

You may post feature requests in our Ideas Portal. However, losing group messages is a Tech Issue and should be checked on their end or be escalated to a higher tier for investigation. Do you have a case number?
