when i use the ask first, I am being put on hold....I have to un hold myself to talk to the person i am asking first... it not hold times...but its the only topic that i could find

all the time every call, every extension.

I made a test on my end, and it is not the behavior I'm getting. It rings the number directly. Is your app currently updated to the latest version?

I have the updated version. I also have someone looking into it I was just wanting to see if anyone else had the issue.

It's normal behavior when using ask first or warm transfer. The purpose is to talk first to the second call before merging the first call.
