Unable to make/receive calls on a specific computer in RC desktop app and browser

Unable to make/receive calls on a specific computer in both RC desktop app and browser. The dial button is greyed out with a message saying there is something wrong with Ring Central service. But when I sign in on another computer, everything works fine. Please assist.

We are experiencing the same issue with one of our clients. We've had a tier 2 case open for over a week now.

Hi Lucy, have you tried to uninstall/reinstall your app?

Thanks Mary. Yes, uninstall/reinstall did not resolve the issue. This is also happening in the browser. Everything works fine on another computer in the same Office. My situation is somewhat similar to what is described at https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/107855/unable-to-place-receive-calls-rc-application.html
