I have gotten us as far as signing up with our "brand" and am moving on to the campaign. WHY were we charged $150? After reading many comments & info on the website, I do not see that. My bill says we were charged the $4 fee to register our brand, but what is the $150 for?? And our SMS texts are still NOT working. This has been an issue since MONDAY. We are in touch w/a lot of our patients and this is completely ridiculous that we can't send a text and couldn't all week.

SMS OPCO LLC was the $150 charge. I understand there is a SMS outage but it's been 5 days now.

Looking in to this charge now and will update you here when I have more information.

Unfortunately, in the meantime, I can't share any further updates beyond what is on the Status Site.

I don't need to check it anymore, the texts still aren't going through. (But I have been checking it for the past 5 days). It just seems this should have been rectified by now. It's frustrating & very inconvenient, especially when all we keep reading is there's an outage check the status site.

There is an SMS outage at this time and our team is working to resolve it.
