How to merge phone calls within RingCentral for Salesforce?

Can someone provide the step by step to merge phone calls within RingCentral for Salesforce? I did not find the instructions within the most recent user manual that I have.

Hi @Jeff Strickland,

If you're using the Browser as your calling option within CTI, unfortunately, there isn't a merge option available. However, if you opt to use the RingCentral app instead, merging calls is possible. Simply head to the Settings tab, select Calling, and then RC App to make the switch.

I've also received word from the Integrations Team that Conference calling, which includes merging calls, will be made available in the RingCentral Salesforce sometime in Q4.

No, I'm afraid I don't have any information about the next release for the Salesforce merge function. However, I can check with our Developer Team to see if they have any updates on this and get back to you as soon as possible.
