Audio Conference calls from Desktop App

I need to be able to schedule conference calls from the desktop app. This was a function on the previous version, but does not appear on the new app except for in the teams environment which is useless for calls scheduled for outside participants. Please add the audio conference call scheduling ASAP. It should never have been removed.
