Bring Back the emailed Chat Message Preview

On the latest update, Missed Chat Messages still get emailed to us, but they no longer display a preview of what was contained in the chat message,

We relied on this to reply by email to the chatter.

We do not want to have to install ringcentral apps on our personal cell phones

This message preview helped us answer important messages when we were out of office or in meetings.

Do you have a ringcentral.com link? I prefer not to click unverified .io links

Its also not really my idea, I'm just asking RC to put back the feature that they recently removed.

Sorry, Mike - this is our official RingCcentral Ideas Portal and I don't have any other links for it.
I understand what you're getting at, but feature gaps gain more visibility via our Ideas Portal, as it is the platform our product team uses to evaluate ideas, features, and build out their roadmap.
We encourage you to use it for feature gaps as well as all your great ideas!
