Is there a way to change the default voice recording for the dial by name directory?

I have purchased snap recordings for all of the voice prompts in my phone system and it sounds really nice. However, I cannot find a way to replace the default voice for the dial by name directory (which sounds horrible). I paid for and want to use custom voice prompts completely throughout the system. I selected Ring Central for the ability to "completely customize" my phone system and the fact that I cannot change this seems absurd.
