We have one main fax line for everyone. We would like to have the faxes printed to our main lobby printer. We don't just have one person collecting all the faxes ( whether it be by email or fax).
RC only has the option to connecting the fax to a particular user, and then the settings can only be changed on the RC APP under the specific user not the RC website under Admin.
Why can't an Admin change the settings to incoming fax on the website, and the settings can only be on the APP of the user?
