Did you ask this question before? When did this happen? How did you send text messages, RC app or API???

It was texting in RC app (mobile & desktop app)

@d-bour I see that you had a ticket opened and they closed it with confirmation that this issue has been resolved. Can you confirm if you are still having issues?

We were told it was a "known outage" so the ticket was closed Without resolution Ticket #14383490

Yes. Everyday it seems like we get more complaints from our end users. So it's growing into a much larger problem.

I believe our CSM has already tried to escalate. @DavidWheatley is aware of this ongoing issue.
