Prompt mode using audio when text to speech is selected

Whenever a customer calls in, the system is defaulting to the "audio" prompt instead of the text-to-speech prompt I have selected. Customers are calling in and all it says is "thank you for calling." Then just hangs up.

Unbelievably frustrated with this.

Must be something wrong with the settings. Let me move this to the Customer community as this is not related to app development.
