Hold Music randomly interrupted one of our workers

Hello,

I had gotten a report ticket from with a voice message recently sent by one of our employees. In the voice message, the employee was speaking and then was randomly interrupted by our hold music. Any ideas what might have triggered this?

I haven't heard anything about this recently. Is this just a one-off issue or have you heard this from other team members?

Regardless, it's good to submit a ticket to address the issue in the event that it comes up again for you or another user.
