Why do replies to texts sent from mobile app go to personal text?

Should replies to text messages sent from the mobile app come to RingCentral or my personal text message? Mine coming back to personal cell number so I cannot reply from RingCentral (do not want to reply from personal number since I do not want to give that out). Is there a setting that controls this? I cannot find one...

Hi Dennis, I'm currently checking how to correct this.

Seems to be working correctly today. I had also created a support ticket so not sure if they did something to correct or what might have changed. But all good now. Thanks.
