We have a multi-site setup on our RingCentral account. I see that Shared Lines says the max number is 8. Is that 8 per site, or 8 per account?

It is referencing neither. They can have many more than eight per site and per account.
It is referencing that a Shared Line Phone/Group supports up to 8 lines.
