Poly c60 RC firmware update broke the display functionality..

Hello all

We are having an issue with Poly c60 after an apparent recent Ringcentral firmware update where the bottom action bar is covering the Dialpad icon preventing the user from dialing anywhere, is there a display setting that I'm missing?

Hi Mary,

Yes, we rebooted, and did factory reset on the 2 Poly C60 affected by this issue, after factory reset all icons are correctly placed this happens only when the phones are provisioned with Ringcentral that the phones received the latest RingCentral firmware.
