Direction ="Internal" no gotten from the Call Logs API

Hi

I'm extracting the information from the Call Logs API. We need to get the information of the Call gaps time between calls, but the result is not accurated because there are missing data for the Direction = Internal. is there any way to get it ?

What do you mean and where do you get the info that Direction = Internal?

Direction is just either Inbound or Outbound.
