Unable to bulk upload Emergency Locations, attempting to upload UK based addresses to emergency locations, spreadsheet error "Emergency address validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit again" but no indication of what is wrong?

it is usually the State/Province (or County for UK)
you can try to look up the postcode in here
https://wikishire.co.uk/lookup/
And get the correct county...

or maybe you have incomplete street address..
