Good day, does anyone received a call from 704-815-6625? They are using RingCentral caller ID. They are trying to imply that RingCentral needs to review call recordings as per RingCentral Policy. As far as I know, RingCentral does not review clients call recordings. Thank you!
@Rodel Saguin Thanks for bringing this to our attention. My guess is that the number has been spoofed, but we'll work with our fraud team to ensure that is indeed the case.
I'm also getting calls from 704-815-6625, which appears to be a North Carolina number. I received various calls today from this number, and a voicemail message from someone claiming to be a Ring Central rep. and asking to review our account. Has anyone determined if this is a scam?
