What is the generic Admin password for Cisco 8851 phones?

When I plug the IP address into my browser, it pulls up the configuration page. Does not allow me to do much. Only as an Admin. Additionally, is there an Admin password for the phones themselves when attempting to factory reset through the phones settings? Our phones are from Cisco. CP8851 and CP8861 if that is any relevancy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
