How do I change the ringer that the caller hears when connecting to an extension? I've seen it before but I can no longer locate it. Thanks in advance!

You can do this on the app, too.

Go to Phone > click on Call Rules and Voicemail > click Work Hours or After Hours > Then you will see Play music while connecting.
