We recently added the RC app into our Salesforce instance. There is a custom field titled RC Logging Type that was installed and I am trying to figure out how and when this is populated. I need to add automation in Salesforce when a call activity is logged via RC and wondering if I can use this field. We are on RC ver 5.10

Hi Gina,
When we log a call as a task, we will define RC Logging Type as 'call'.
if we log a SMS, we will define RC Logging Type as 'sms' accordingly.

when you log a call/sms as a task, we will populate value to RC Logging Type.
