Call Handling in Group Settings

Hi there, We currently have a group setup during normal business hours (it will ring to 5 phones.) We want to be able to set the system up so that after "X" number of rings, the auto receptionist picks up (or a message of some time...a voicemail of some type.) Is there a way to setup a voicemail for a group? or Is there a way to setup the Call Handling to limit the number of rings before a message picks up?

I'd like to set our phones up so that if a client calls the main number and no one answers it goes to voicemail (this part I figured out) but once they get the voicemail message, I want them to be able to access the dial by name directory. Seems they can only access this after hours.
