Shadowing without a y splitter

We would like to on occasion shadow our sales reps to see what they are saying to the clients without their knowledge.  Do we have the ability to do this?

I don't think RingCentral have the option to barge in a call on your agent. The work around I could think of is if you have the feature "autorecording" set it to on. That way you can record the conversation and review it on a later time. The down side of it is there will be a notification that your customer will hear that "This call is auto recorded if you don't want to have it recorded you can hang up now."
