SFDC Ring central call dispositions

Hi, I believe there should be a selectable call disposition list at the bottom of the dial pad and don't see any. For example. Left message, No answer....along with a field to create notes which is then added to the contact history. How do I fix this?

Can you first make sure you are using the newest version. You can download it here.  https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B5WKqEAN

Let us know if this does not resolve the problem.
