It says Ineed a password to recover my voice mails---so how do I get a password

Fri ringcentral support set up a new ext   , Now  I can not recover my voice messages  it says I need a password--I do not have a clue

David,

Are you the administrator on the account? If so, simply log into the RingCentral portal as the administrator, select that new extension and change the password under the "User Info" then "User Password" tabs. Here you can reset a user's password as well as their PIN (which is generally what is needed to access voice mail).
