RC Meetings

I set up an appointment on my RC Meetings app using my work computer but when i tried retrieving the meetings on my home PC, it is nowhere to be found and was advised by Tech support that this is an existing system limitation as the appointments that i have scheduled only appears on the computer where I created it. This is not handy.

That has not been my experience. I often create meetings in one place and I am able to launch them from another.

I just made a test scheduling a meeting for a future date from my computer, then I went to the iPad and the meeting schedule is right there in the Upcoming Meetings. So, check the way you login from home, should be the same credentials from office.

Robert, There must be some miscommunication, or misunderstanding of what is being communicated here. As Jon and Claudio stated, you can access the meetings from any location.  Are you logging in with the same credentials?  Perhaps there's a misunderstanding of what you mean by "retrieving the messages on my home PC".  Can you explain to us exactly what you are doing so we can help you identify the problem.

Well first of all I didn't even write this, it must have been the customer service rep - the real issue is I reset my password and all of my meetings were deleted.  I called tech support again and they said that there was nothing that they could do and it was a glitch in the system.  If there's a fix please let me know, otherwise, beware of changing your password.

Mmmmm I do not like having the service rep writing posts here in my name or other name, I think is not the way to work. Mike could you please confirm that is currently happening ?

I am already looking into this.  It should be only under extremely rare circumstances, and never without customer knowledge that this could even happen.  I also find it odd, or unusual that if an employee made the post, that they would include the profile image.
