Having trouble with Plantronics headset.

We have Ring Central Office and I have the desktop app running on a Windows 10 computer.  I also have a Plantronics Voyager Legend UC with BT300.  

The step by step instructions from RC for the new Plantronics integrations shows a on/off button for the Plantronics controls, but my desktop app doesn't have that. (see the picture for the on/off button in the middle)  The desktop app is showing up to date.  

My headset works with the app (I can talk to them) but I can not answer and hang up calls through the headset.

How do I fix this?
