How do I create appkey and appsecret to use in our own application build using php?

You don't need create AppKey and AppSecret . It is automatically generated in developer portal under the application you created just like below:

AppKey and AppSecret are found in the developer portal under the application that you have newly created.

Login to the Developer Portal ( https://developer.ringcentral.com/ ) using your RC Company Credentials and click on the "Application" you should be able to see the appKey and appSecret.
