ONE Main business # Sms texting, outbound caller ID from iphone app, call forwarding queue

We need  an  IP phone system that has meets three requirements:

1. SMS text messaging from desktop from one business number with simultaneous  users up to three.

Ex. Three users can log in  and text message clients from one number simultaneously from destop. USER 1 can sms message  Client A from main business number, User 2 can SMS message Client A from business number,  User 3  can sms message  Client A from main business number

2.  From those 3 users, they can  use an iphone application  with log in ext 1, ext 2, ext 3, but the outbound caller ID from the main  business number.  So,  when the client/someone receives a call  ext 1 (main sales number), ext 2 (secondary sale number), or ext 3( last resort sales number) calls, the recipient(customers) sees the main business number on their caller ID.

3. When someone calls your business , presses  an ext 1, ext2, or ext3 , the phone will ring 15 seconds, if unavailable, then will go to the other lines not occupied.  Queuing

Ex.  Client calls business and presses ext 1, ring ring ting 15 seconds later(  if occupied),  then forwards to ext 2 ring ring ring ( if occupied), then forwards to ext 3 ring ring ring.  If no one answers then the messages go to one business number.

RING CENTRAL DOES NOT SUPPORT THESE FEATURES.....IT SEEMS VERY SIMPLE......

Nothing really works liked advertised, they have a great solutions one just one line systems.

And Why is RING CENTRAL rated the top #1 IP phone provider from Best PC Mag and several other internet sites?

Anyone have answers to these problems? In need of some Ninjas.......

If I understand what you are looking for, RingCentral certainly does support your #2 and #3 requirements. As far as requirement #1, SMS can be sent from direct (digital) lines. You cannot currently have more than one person logged in to the Windows Desktop application for any given number/line at any given time.

I don't understand where you came to the understanding that RingCentral is a great solution for just one line systems. There are many (scores of thousands) of RingCentral clients running multi-line systems (I don't have any exact number...sorry).

You really should contact your sales representative and detail your needs to them. I am not a RingCentral employee and have no idea of what your business telecommunications needs are but this really should be discussed with your sales rep.
