3/1/17: 11:20am MST - We are investigating a performance issue with Glip (Resolved)

Our engineers are aware of an issue affecting Glip users.  We will post updates to this thread as information becomes available. 

  • Frequent logouts
  • Web page may not be accessible for some users.
  • Delayed and/or failed messages

RingCentral Operations teams have identified the cause of the issue and are working to mitigate impact. No services other than sending/responding to Glip via email are impacted at this time.


We've received reports from several users that the system is back to normal. We'll update this thread again when this is confirmed.
