Do I need another phone number/system to call multiple extensions?

I work for a small business and right now we transfer our phones between our office phone a yealink w52p and cell phones when Noone is in the office, I am trying to figure out when we have our main extension assigned to a cell phone if it's possible to also call our work phone somehow. Would this be as simple as just getting a second phone number on our account and just always assigning it to that work phone or is there more needed for something like this, or is there a method to do it without even getting another number?

More info is the account is office premium 1 line and we bypass the operator straight to an extension.

Can you explain what you mean by "assigned to a cell phone"?   Are you forwarding to the cellphone number, or answering with direct with the RingCentral Mobile app?
